GOOD TO KNOW
Eco Car Wash has a range of car wash and valet options. Here are some helpful tips before deciding on the perfect one.
- Valets 4-5 can take up to 6 hours (to allow the car to dry). These valets can only be booked before 11am.
- Exterior wash and Valet 1 – 3 do not require a booking. However please bring your car before 3pm for Valet 1-3 service as it can take up to 90 minutes to dry your car after a valet.
- Cars or MPV will be charged an additional amount if the vehicle is deemed too dirty for a normal cleaning routine. Your Eco Car Wash assistant will appraise the car before the service has begun and quote you the additional amount.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Wallet. Payments can be made in person or online when booking your service.

Do you offer gift vouchers? Yes, we offer gift vouchers that make great presents for friends and family. You can purchase gift vouchers on our website or in person at our location.

Do you offer mobile car wash services? Currently, we do not offer mobile car wash services. All services are provided at our location. We are exploring the possibility of offering mobile services in the future.
Do you clean the interior of the car? Yes, we offer comprehensive interior cleaning as part of our valet services. This includes vacuuming, dashboard cleaning, window cleaning, and shampooing seats and mats, depending on the package chosen.

How long does a car wash take?
The duration of a car wash depends on the service selected. An Exterior Wash typically takes about 20-30 minutes, while a full valet service can take between 1-4 hours. Our Valet 5 service, which requires a full day, ensures thorough cleaning and detailing.
Can I wait while my car is being washed? Yes, we have a comfortable waiting area where you can relax while your car is being serviced. We also offer free Wi-Fi and refreshments.
