CAR WASH & VALET FAQ’s

Our prices vary based on the service selected.

Here is a brief overview:

  • Exterior Wash: €12 for Car / €15 for MPV
  • Valet 1: €30 for Car / €35 for MPV
  • Valet 2: €40 for Car / €50 for MPV
  • Valet 3: €50 for Car / €60 for MPV
  • Valet 4: €80 for Car / €100 for MPV
  • Valet 5: €120 for Car / €140 for MPV

*Cars or MPV will be charged an additional amount if the vehicle is deemed too dirty for a normal cleaning routine. Your Eco Car Wash assistant will appraise the car before the service has begun and quote you the additional amount

 

What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Wallet. Payments can be made in person or online when booking your service. 

Do you offer any discounts or promotions? Yes, we regularly offer discounts and promotions. Please check our website or follow us on social media for the latest offers. You can also sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive deals and updates.

Do you offer gift vouchers? Yes, we offer gift vouchers that make great presents for friends and family. You can purchase gift vouchers on our website or in person at our location.

Are your products safe for all car types? Yes, our eco-friendly products are safe for all car types, including luxury and classic cars. They are designed to be gentle yet effective, ensuring your car is cleaned without any damage.

Do you offer mobile car wash services? Currently, we do not offer mobile car wash services. All services are provided at our location. We are exploring the possibility of offering mobile services in the future.

Do you clean the interior of the car? Yes, we offer comprehensive interior cleaning as part of our valet services. This includes vacuuming, dashboard cleaning, window cleaning, and shampooing seats and mats, depending on the package chosen.

    Why should I choose an eco-friendly car wash? Choosing an eco-friendly car wash helps protect the environment by reducing water waste and chemical pollution. Additionally, our biodegradable products are gentler on your car’s paint and finish, extending its lifespan.

    How long does a car wash take?

     The duration of a car wash depends on the service selected. An Exterior Wash typically takes about 20-30 minutes, while a full valet service can take between 1-4 hours. Our Valet 5 service, which requires a full day, ensures thorough cleaning and detailing.

    Can I wait while my car is being washed? Yes, we have a comfortable waiting area where you can relax while your car is being serviced. We also offer free Wi-Fi and refreshments.

    Insurance – as an Eco Car Wash franchisee you and your operation will be covered by the Eco Car Wash Public and Employers liability insurance policy
