What to Know Before You Visit
- Valet 4-5 is a more premium service, takes up to 7 hours, needs to be booked a day in advance. Drop off is at ~9:30am, pick up ~5:00pm.
- Valet 1-3 don’t require a booking, but to get it done in a timely manner, it’s better to bring your car before 3pm since these can take up to 90 minutes to dry.
- Exterior car wash does not require booking — just come to your nearest site or call ahead if you like.
- If a car or MPV is unusually dirty (more than a typical clean), there may be an extra charge. The staff will check before starting.
- Payments are made at the location after the service is completed. Bring along your booking confirmation if you made one.
